Do you offer a labor warranty with your installation services?
Our services are backed by a 1-year labor warranty, guaranteeing workmanship and proper installation of flooring, trim, and moldings. If an issue with our labor arises within the first year, we’ll make it right.
How does payment work?
Upon signing the agreement, 100% of the labor and material cost must be paid upfront. We will then order, procure and deliver your materials for installation and during the project the labor funds will be held in a contractor/client joint escrow account. These funds will only be released upon agreed upon milestone completion and then final inspection and signed project completion approval by the client.

How does the assessment process work?
1. After you submit for an assessment, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
2. During the assessment, we will measure and assess the suitability of the environment to receive the flooring.
3. After the assessment is complete, we will provide you with an itemized estimate for us to complete your project.

Will my floor have color and grain variation?
As a natural product made from wood timber, all grades of hardwood flooring will have color variations. Natural wood characteristics such as pinholes, knots, and mineral streaks are more common in some flooring lines than others.
