I’ve spent the past eight years working hands-on in hard-surface flooring—consulting with clients, sourcing materials, installing products, managing projects, and handling sales. Along the way, I learned that this industry is crowded with high-pressure sales tactics, confusing estimates, and a maze of “independent contractors.”
I was able to build a rolodex of clients by explicitly rejecting these high pressure sales tactics and fostering an approach that is consultative and educational. Ensuring I create trust and foster genuine dialog that will allow someone to create the space they envisioned.
I started this company because I wanted flooring to feel different. With a wide range of hands-on experience, I can simplify the entire journey and handle each step with care. Some might call that a project manager; I like to think of it as being a master of none.
