Standard pieces typically ship within 5–8 business days after purchase. Each item is made by hand to order, and we do not compromise build quality to shorten turnaround times.

Dust regularly with a soft microfiber cloth to reduce surface abrasion. Wipe spills promptly with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately to prevent water marks.

For routine cleaning, use a mild pH-neutral soap diluted in water. Avoid ammonia, bleach, and solvent-based cleaners, which can dull or damage the finish.
