Our 1-Year Labor Warranty
We stand behind our work. To give our customers confidence and peace of mind, MONCO LLC provides a limited one-year labor warranty on our installation services. This warranty is designed to clearly outline what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how we handle any concerns that may arise.
Warranty Overview
For one year following installation, we warrant that our work substantially conforms to the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and generally accepted industry standards. If an installation issue arises that is directly related to workmanship or application, we will correct it at no additional labor cost to you.
To ensure issues are addressed efficiently, we ask that any concerns be submitted to us in writing as soon as they are discovered. This allows us to evaluate and resolve problems before they worsen.
Duration and Eligibility
This warranty applies only to installation services arranged and paid for directly through MONCO LLC. Coverage begins once the Installation Completion Form is signed and remains in effect for one year from that date.
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the installation services and is not transferable to future owners or occupants of the property.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
While we are committed to quality workmanship, there are circumstances beyond our control that are not covered under this warranty. These include:
• Installation issues that were visible or reasonably discoverable at the time of completion but were not reported promptly;
• Damage caused by alterations, misuse, neglect, or abuse by anyone other than our installation team;
• Damage resulting from events such as fire, flooding, storms, electrical issues, plumbing leaks, sub-grade moisture, or other acts of nature;
• Issues caused by failure to follow manufacturer requirements or installer guidance, including maintaining appropriate indoor temperature and humidity levels.
How We Resolve Warranty Claims
If a valid warranty claim is approved, MONCO LLC will determine whether repair or replacement of the affected installation area is the most appropriate solution. Repair or replacement of the installation is the sole remedy provided under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, emotional distress, loss of use, or costs that exceed the original contract value. Attorney’s fees and related legal costs are also excluded.
No other warranties—express or implied—apply beyond what is stated here, and all limitations are enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within ninety (90) days of discovering the issue and no later than one year from the start of coverage. Proof of purchase and supporting documentation may be requested to help us review the claim accurately.
Approved repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original one-year warranty period.
When the Warranty Is Void
This warranty becomes void if the installation work is not listed on the invoice, or if the Completion Certificate is signed but final payment for the project is not made.
